CAPERS/CAPSTAR are now WARP/TWISTER
ABOUT LOGINS AND PASSWORDS:
If you have forgotten your password, enter your CAPID and zipcode as usual, but enter a
question mark (?) as your password. Your password will be sent confidentially to your
email address on record in WARP.
REQUESTS v. MISSIONS IN TWISTER
WARP and TWISTER are open to all Wings and Regions. CAPWATCH data must be uploaded by each Wing and/or Region.
Consult the WARP Administrator for details.
On your first login, simply enter the password you want to use; WARP will remember it
for later logins. You are also required to enter a zipcode in order to log in.
The zipcode must come from one of the addresses on file for you in eServices.
If you are a current CAP member, you are known to WARP via CAPWATCH.
CAPWATCH data is uploaded to WARP as noted above. New CAP members that require entry
to WARP sooner can be hand-entered into WARP - have your CC send an email to the
WARP Administrator with your request.
NOTE: maintenance functions in WARP are to
be used solely as input to maintenance personnel, who must correct the reports as necessary, then
enter them in WMIRS, AMRAD or ORMS and (at the Wing's discretion)
create the entries in WARP's maintenance tracking function.
You can now create a REQUEST-type mission in TWISTER, and convert it to a mission later.
Use the mission number format of "17-R-2345" for request REQ-17-2345 when creating the
mission record. A new field on the IC page allows you to convert all locations defined
under the REQUEST to a MISSION number when one is assigned.
